Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve commercial banking growth objectives within the assigned market. Manage and expand a portfolio of commercial client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Underwrite and approve commercial loans, ensuring compliance with risk management policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking, with a significant portion in relationship management and business development. Proven track record of successfully growing a commercial loan portfolio and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of commercial lending, credit analysis, and risk assessment. Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in financial analysis and banking software.
