Veterinary Outreach Manager

What You’ll Do: ·        Drive inside sales outreach to veterinary clinics, generating interest and booking meetings for the outside sales team. ·        Hit daily activity targets across calls, emails, and follow-ups to keep the sales pipeline full. ·        Build early-stage relationships with prospective clinics and serve as a consistent point of contact through the handoff to outside sales. ·        Run targeted email and drip campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage prospects over time. ·        Partner closely with the sales team to support quarterly growth goals and market expansion. ·        Represent Pet Meadow at trade shows and industry events, engaging prospects and strengthening brand presence. ·        Support special sales initiatives and projects as the company scales into new markets. ·        Other duties as assigned What You Bring: ·        Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and writing persuasive emails. ·        Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly. ·        Comfort working in a CRM environment (Zoho CRM a plus). ·        Organized, tech-savvy, and motivated by activity-driven goals and results. ·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment and representing the company externally.
