At Bethany Village, we pride ourselves on providing top-of-the-line care to all residents. Our 100 acre property is centrally located in the city of Centerville, OH and features well-appointed living options, situated on our beautifully landscaped grounds.

Full Time Day Shift 7:30am-4:00pm

Seasonal overtime and some weekends

Compensation: $15-16.50/hour DOE

Position Summary:

Undertaking daily tasks to maintain and improve the campus of Bethany Village through sound grounds keeping techniques and serving the needs of the residents in all grounds related work.

Job duties:

• Maintain all plantings on the campus by trimming, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, spraying, weeding, watering, and any other method needed to assure their health and appearance is at a high standard.
• Mow and neatly trim the lawns of the entire campus on a weekly basis.
• All snow removal and ice control of roadways, driveways, sidewalks.
• Cottage trash removal weekly.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds
• Post offer and annual audiometric testing required with at least an average of 40 db at the frequency range of 1K to 3K in at least one ear required.
