Job Summary
As a Remote Certified Medical Assistant – Enrollment Specialist, you will play a vital role in educating and enrolling eligible patients in our CCM and RPM programs. You will connect with patients through outbound calls, provide detailed information about program benefits, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is a 1099 position, offering a competitive salary, paid training, and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Outreach: Initiate contact with potential CCM and RPM patients, conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility, and engage patients in discussions about program benefits.
- Education and Information Sharing: Clearly and compassionately explain program details, including remote monitoring, care coordination, and the value of enrollment.
- Enrollment and Documentation: Assist eligible patients with the enrollment process, ensuring accurate completion of necessary forms and documentation.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and compliance standards related to CCM/RPM services, ensuring all patient enrollments adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track enrollment performance, striving to meet or exceed weekly goals.
Essential Qualifications
- National Certification in Medical Assisting: Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and their families.
- Empathy and Compassion: A patient-centered approach, with a strong ability to empathize with patients and their families.
- Basic Knowledge of Chronic Health Conditions: Familiarity with common chronic health conditions and their management.
