Job Description:

Schnabel Engineering is seeking a Trenchless Practice Lead with a background in trenchless design for new installations and rehabilitation to support our Tunnel Business Unit. We are looking for a motivated candidate to grow our trenchless business who has attention to detail, a passion to continue to develop as a professional and mentor staff, and a desire to be part of a strong team. Candidates will lead business development, project management, and staff management for design and construction phase support of trenchless projects.

Commuting to project sites and client offices to support project assignments and business development efforts is required for this position. Candidates may work remotely from home or out of existing Schnabel offices dependent on project and staff needs.

The compensation range for this position is between $145,000 – $185,000. Compensation for this position may vary based on geographic location and other factors. We remain committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation to all employees, regardless of their location.
