Position Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping others, managing details, and delivering exceptional service to join our growing remote team as a Travel Support Specialist.
In this role, you will assist travelers with trip coordination, vacation research, and booking support while helping ensure each client has a smooth and enjoyable planning experience. You'll work with a variety of travel styles, including resort vacations, cruises, family trips, group travel, and international journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Assist travelers with evaluating vacation options based on their preferences and travel objectives
Research destinations, accommodations, cruise experiences, and travel packages
Help coordinate travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions
Provide accurate information regarding available travel opportunities and services
Support clients with reservation requests, itinerary updates, and booking-related questions
Communicate professionally through email, phone, and virtual communication platforms
Work alongside supplier partners to confirm travel arrangements and reservation details
Maintain organized records of bookings, traveler profiles, and trip documentation
Monitor supplier announcements, travel trends, and special promotional opportunities
Contribute to a positive client experience through responsive and professional service
Candidate Qualifications
Interest in customer support, hospitality, tourism, or travel-related services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities
Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
Basic computer proficiency and confidence using online systems
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another hiring regions
Prior travel industry experience is not required; training is provided
