About the Position
Our remote team is currently expanding, and we are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and assisting clients with travel-related services. As a Travel Support Experience Consultant, you will help coordinate reservations, provide trip support, and assist clients throughout the planning and booking process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible remote role where they can work independently while delivering helpful and professional customer service. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required, as training and ongoing guidance are available.
Core Responsibilities
Assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements including vacations, cruises, hotels, and getaway packages
Research destination options, accommodations, transportation, and pricing using approved company systems
Review booking details and itinerary information to help maintain accurate reservations
Provide clients with travel assistance and recommendations based on their interests, schedules, and budget preferences
Respond to customer questions and service requests through email, phone, and online communication platforms
Support reservation changes, itinerary updates, and booking-related follow-up
Maintain organized customer records, travel confirmations, and supporting documentation
Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, educational trainings, and team meetings
