In this role, you will work with clients to identify travel opportunities that match their interests, preferences, and budget. You'll help travelers navigate their options, provide personalized recommendations, and support them throughout the planning and booking process.
From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, destination celebrations, group travel, and international adventures, you'll help clients transform travel ideas into well-planned experiences while developing valuable skills in customer engagement, sales, and travel consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their travel goals, interests, and vacation preferences
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, guided tours, and travel experiences
Present customized travel recommendations based on client needs and budget considerations
Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages
Help clients compare travel options and make informed planning decisions
Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
Coordinate reservations and itinerary details with supplier partners
Monitor booking progress, confirmations, and travel updates
Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel plans, and reservations
Stay informed about destination highlights, travel trends, and supplier promotions
Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the client experience
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, consulting, or client-focused roles
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to provide outstanding service and develop positive client relationships
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms and applications
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
