About the Opportunity
We're currently expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Travel Engagement Specialists. In this role, you'll assist clients throughout the travel planning journey by helping coordinate reservations, providing helpful guidance, and ensuring important details are managed accurately from start to finish.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating positive customer experiences in a flexible remote environment. Whether you're transitioning from hospitality, administrative support, retail, or another service-based background, full training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
Support clients with travel-related requests, preferences, and planning details
Research and review travel options including hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
Coordinate reservations and confirmations using approved booking and supplier platforms
Share timely updates regarding itineraries, reservation progress, and next steps
Respond professionally to client questions through phone, email, and online communication tools
Assist with itinerary adjustments, service requests, and follow-up support when needed
Maintain organized client records and accurate documentation within internal systems
Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and continued learning opportunities
