About The Role We are seeking a Travel Customer Care Specialist to assist clients with travel-related support and coordination throughout the planning process. This role is centered around providing responsive service, maintaining organized travel details, and helping create a smooth client experience from beginning to end. Responsibilities • Support clients with travel inquiries, reservation details, and itinerary updates • Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and activities • Communicate professionally with clients through email, messaging, and phone support • Review travel information to ensure accuracy and completeness • Assist with schedule changes, updates, and general travel support needs • Maintain organized documentation and client records Preferred Qualifications • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests • Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience in hospitality, customer support, administrative work, or travel services is beneficial Work Setting • Remote work environment • Flexible scheduling based on client service needs Training & Resources • Comprehensive onboarding provided • Continued access to training materials and team support Compensation • Compensation determined by experience and performance • Additional information shared during the hiring process How To Apply Interested applicants should submit an application for review.
