Transaction Coordinator
to join their growing Acquisitions Team.
This is not an admin role.
This is a critical role at the center of deal execution.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Transaction Coordinator to support the Acquisitions Team. This role is responsible for driving deals from contract through closing—ensuring timelines are met, diligence is complete, and all stakeholders stay aligned.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage transactions from PSA execution through closing
• Build and track deal timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
• Coordinate due diligence (financials, inspections, legal documents, etc.)
• Interface with legal, finance, operations, brokers, and third-party vendors
• Track and manage deliverables from appraisers, environmental consultants, surveyors, and other partners
• Maintain accurate deal data and documentation across internal systems
• Identify risks early and proactively escalate issues
• Coordinate closing logistics, including documentation and funding
Qualifications
• 2–5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, acquisitions, or coordination
• Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle and due diligence process
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• Commercial real estate experience (investment, brokerage, or private equity)
• Exposure to legal documentation (PSAs, amendments, closing docs)
• Experience with tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar systems

• Due diligence is completed fully and accurately
• Stakeholders remain aligned throughout the transaction process
