Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Development Coordinator to design, coordinate, and deliver learning programmes for our remote workforce. This role is key to building employee capability and supporting a high-performance culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs through skills gap analyses and consultation with managers
Design and coordinate online training programmes, workshops, and e-learning content
Facilitate virtual onboarding programmes for new team members
Source and manage external training providers and learning platforms
Track employee training completion, progress, and outcomes
Maintain training records and produce regular learning and development reports
Support career development initiatives and succession planning processes
Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related HR role
Experience designing and delivering virtual or e-learning programmes
Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Learnupon, or similar)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills in a remote/virtual environment
Excellent written communication and content development skills
Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
Passion for people development and continuous learning
Degree or diploma in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field
Salary: R33,000/month | 100% Remote
