**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and building strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
* Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
* Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
* Other duties as assigned
**Experience/Education/Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Customer service experience in an office setting (minimum 6 months)
* Basic computer proficiency required (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
* A welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A solutions-oriented approach with the ability to solve problems independently
* Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

**Schedule/Pay**
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with the following hours:
* Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
* Pay up to $16.18/hour
