Telehealth Weight Loss Sales Specialist (GLP-1 Program) - Fully Remote

Company: MDWatch Medical Group (MDWatch.io) Location: 100% Remote Pay: $24–$26/hour + Commission ($10 per enrollment) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Full-Time | No Weekends Company Background MDWatch Medical Group is a rapidly growing telehealth company helping patients achieve better health through personalized virtual care, chronic condition management, and medically guided weight loss solutions. Our weight loss program specializes in GLP-1 therapy, providing eligible patients access to provider-led treatment plans, ongoing support, and health/ lifestyle coaching — all from the comfort of home. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist / Patient Enrollment Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and knows how to turn conversations into enrollments. This is a sales-driven role. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, high call volume, goal-oriented, competitive, and passionate about helping patients take the next step in their health journey. Job Summary • Serving a key position in the organization, the Sales Specialist / Patient Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from verifying insurance, inputting new patient intakes, scheduling new patient telehealth consults and providing medical office support. Responsibilities and Duties • Answer incoming phone calls from new leads interested in the program • Verify Insurance on the spot • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients interested in weight loss services (100+ calls a day) • Educate patients on the MDWatch GLP-1 weight loss program and explain program benefits clearly • Build trust, overcome objections, and guide patients through enrollment • Follow up consistently with leads through phone, text, and email communication • Meet and exceed daily call volume, conversion, and enrollment goals • Collect required patient information and accurately document interactions in CRM systems • Assist patients through the onboarding process from initial interest to scheduled consultation • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a sales-focused mindset • Work closely with leadership to improve sales strategy, scripting, and patient experience Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience required • Proven success meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance metrics • Experience with high-volume phone sales (50–100+ calls/day preferred) • Strong ability to close sales and overcome objections • Excellent communication skills and phone presence • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple leads at once • Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems (CRM, EMR, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook) • Self-motivated and able to succeed in a remote work environment • Basic knowledge/experience with insurance, coverage plans, pre-certification, and referral management for services • Healthcare sales experience • Telehealth / telemedicine experience • GLP-1 medication or medical weight loss experience (Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.) • Insurance verification or healthcare enrollment background • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Who Will Succeed in This Role? • You are someone who: • Loves sales and helping people make decisions • Has a positive, competitive mindset • Enjoys working toward goals and earning incentives • Can handle objections professionally • Is comfortable being on the phone all day • Takes ownership of your numbers and performance • Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Medical Specialty: • Geriatrics Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Healthcare Sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
