Job Summary
We are actively seeking full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing outpatient telehealth practice supporting our New York–based clinic. This is a high-impact, full-time opportunity designed for clinicians who are looking to build a stable, long-term outpatient practice while working remotely.
Providers will manage a consistent and robust caseload of adult and geriatric patients in a busy outpatient setting. Requirements
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telehealth
Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in adult and geriatric patients
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Maintain a full-time outpatient caseload in a high-volume clinic environment
Provide compassionate, patient-centered virtual care
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications
Qualifications
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Active, unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license
Must reside in EST or CST time zone and be able to work EST hours
Experience treating adult and/or geriatric populations required
Prior outpatient or telehealth experience preferred
Ability to manage a high-volume, full-time caseload
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and virtual engagement skills
Comfort with telehealth platforms and technology
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
