Requirements
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts/partners
- Onboard and train new hosts as per platform guidelines
- Assist users with profile completion, onboarding steps, and activation
- Follow up on pending onboarding and verification activities
- Engage with existing hosts to improve platform activity and retention
- Contact inactive users and work towards reactivation
- Educate hosts about platform features, policies, incentives, and opportunities
- Resolve basic host concerns and coordinate escalations with internal teams
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status, and escalations
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly operational and productivity targets
- Ensure professional communication and positive host experience during interactions
- Stay updated with platform processes, operational changes, and promotional activities
