Role Summary Senior consultative presales and transformation advisor responsible for shaping strategic technology opportunities and strengthening ecosystem partnerships. Supports overseas business units in developing transformation engagements, accelerating co-sell initiatives, and positioning solutions across cloud platforms, Data & AI, security, and enterprise modernization. Core Responsibilities Strategic Presales & Deal Shaping - Serve as the primary solution advisor for strategic transformation pursuits - Shape early-stage opportunities involving cloud platforms, Data & AI, security, intelligent automation, and application modernization - Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with modern cloud and AI adoption frameworks Executive Envisioning & Architecture Leadership - Facilitate executive envisioning workshops and architecture sessions aligned with business and technology priorities - Translate business challenges into scalable platform solutions - Present strategic solution architectures to senior stakeholders and decision makers Partner & Co-Sell Engagement - Collaborate with strategic ecosystem partners to drive co-sell motions, deal registration, and pipeline growth - Support joint solution positioning and strategic opportunity development - Contribute to joint business planning, quarterly reviews, and governance initiatives Solution Development & Industry Plays - Define joint offerings, reference architectures, and industry solution plays - Advise regional sales and presales teams on strategic pursuits - Enable overseas branches on partner GTM programs and specialized solution plays Regional Advisory & Capability Enablement - Act as a forward-deployed advisor supporting cross-regional pursuits - Coach and enable teams on ecosystem capabilities and solution positioning - Promote best practices across global partner and delivery teams Professional Experience & Expertise - 5+ years in presales, technology advisory, or solution consulting roles - Hands-on experience across modern technology ecosystems, including: - Cloud platforms and services - Data & AI platforms and analytics - Low-code automation and productivity tools - AI-powered productivity solutions - Cloud security and threat monitoring - Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills - Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and AI-enabled platforms - Experience working in global, matrixed, or cross-regional organizations Preferred Qualifications - Experience collaborating with global technology partners and ecosystem alliances - Exposure to AI-first transformation, data platforms, or large-scale cloud modernization programs - Relevant cloud or data certifications are advantageous - Key Competencies - Trusted advisor mindset with strong customer and partner orientation - Ability to influence across sales, partners, and delivery teams without formal authority - Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline - Effective collaborator across cultures, regions, and partner ecosystems
