The ideal candidate will support application maintenance, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and operational support activities within a telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide application and operational support for telecom systems

• Maintain support documentation and follow support processes
• Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and issue management
