Your key responsibilities will include: * **Providing Inbound Customer Support**: Use a call flow guide to resolve customer inquiries and issues * **Resolving Technical Issues**: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products * **Tracking and Documenting Information**: Use databases to track and document customer interactions and issues * **Maintaining Broad Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables * **Offering Additional Products and Services**: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell client products and services * **Delivering Expert Customer Experiences**: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients **Your Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, technical support experience, and a high school diploma or GED.
