We’re looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our B2B sales team in a fast-paced technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales acumen with solid technical understanding to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base. You will engage senior decision-makers at fast-growing startup companies through outbound outreach, using a consultative approach to identify needs, position value-driven solutions, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
What you’ll be doing:
• Proactively engage existing business customers through outbound phone, email, and video outreach to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations, presentations, and solution demonstrations focused on productivity, collaboration, and AI-enabled services.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, aligning customer needs with appropriate solutions to support business growth.
• Identify customer requirements, analyze current usage, and propose expansion strategies for additional licenses and services.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution overviews, and sales presentations.
• Manage the full opportunity lifecycle, including qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and deal progression.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers within fast-growing startup organizations.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
• Working hours: M/F from 09:00 to 17:30. This is a fully remote role from Bulgaria.
What we’re looking for:
• Fluency in English & French (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within B2B or technology-driven environments.
• Proven success in achieving individual and/or team sales targets, preferably in upselling or account expansion scenarios.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and position cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume outbound calling and proactive customer outreach.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while building long-term professional relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to quickly learn, adopt, and optimize new technologies and data-driven tools.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a consultative, customer-first mindset.
