Job Description:
• Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our software to clients and stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and identify areas for software improvement
• Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on Geoscience software utilization
• Prepare marketing materials and showcase our software in an engaging way to both new and existing clients
• Collaborate with the product development team to streamline geological workflows
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of our software to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user-friendliness
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or Engineering
• Intermediate to Advanced ability with StarSteer geosteering software
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations and geology-focused workflows
• Geologic knowledge of a variety of North American plays and play types
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience creating and delivering presentations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Docs
• Additional beneficial experience: Working knowledge of Python
• Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc)
• Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience
• Customer service experience
