Position Overview – Technical Customer Experience Representative
As a Technical Customer Experience Representative at careerzynith, you will be the frontline hero who assists customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and product education. Your goal is to deliver first‑call resolution, ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling confident and secure in their home protection system.
This full‑time, hybrid role offers a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $21 per hour based on performance and schedule. You will work within a contact‑center environment that operates from 8:00 am to midnight, seven days a week, providing ample opportunities for shift differentials, night and weekend premiums, and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to inbound technical support inquiries from customers.
