**Key Responsibilities**
As a Technical Customer Care Specialist on our night shift team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing technical guidance to customers via written English, particularly about e-commerce products
* Acting as a liaison between the customer and product and technical teams, understanding and translating customer needs into technical language and vice versa
* Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
* Providing valuable feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the customer service process
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

* Advanced written English proficiency for effective communication
