About the Role

This is not a passive recruiting role. This is an active sourcing, talent-mapping, relationship-building, pipeline-creating position for someone who loves the hunt. You will operationalize strategies defined by leadership and execute them with precision and accuracy.

You will own the candidate experience from outreach to offer, helping to elevate Reflex Media’s talent brand through innovative recruiting campaigns and external partnerships. This role plays a key part in elevating Reflex Media’s recruiting standards to align with world-class, global hiring practices.

This role requires deep alignment with Reflex Media’s culture of excellence, ownership, speed, and high accountability. You will be expected to actively recruit candidates who not only meet the skill requirements but also embody initiative, readiness, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Translate direction into actionable recruiting plans and deliver effective, high-quality results.
  • Operate with a high degree of ambition, proactively recommending sourcing initiatives (including campus recruitment and community engagement) without waiting for direction.
