Role Description The SVP, Treasury is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the organization’s treasury function and financial liquidity. This role leads cash management strategies, monitors daily cash positions, and ensures optimal utilization of funds across business operations. The SVP, Treasury develops and implements treasury policies, manages banking relationships, evaluates financing options, and supports risk management related to interest rates, liquidity, and foreign exchange where applicable. This position collaborates closely with finance, accounting, and executive leadership to provide analytical insights, support long-term financial planning, and align treasury activities with overall business strategy. The SVP, Treasury also drives process improvements, implements treasury technologies, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. Qualifications • Strong Treasury Management and Cash Management skills to oversee liquidity, banking relationships, and funding strategies. • Solid Finance and Accounting expertise to support financial planning, reporting, and compliance. • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risk, and provide decision-ready insights to leadership. • Experience in corporate treasury leadership roles, ideally within technology-driven or service-focused organizations. • Proficiency with treasury management systems, banking platforms, and financial modeling tools. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across distributed teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
