Job Description:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management
• Collaborate with production support teams to analyze root causes and resolve issues
• Manage and optimize OCC–SCM integrations and order orchestration configurations
• Recommend and implement configuration/setup changes to improve processes
• Support testing and validation during Oracle monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patches
• Translate business requirements into OOTB solutions and prepare/update relevant documentation (roles, setups, integrations)
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Order Management) OR 3+ years with non-Cloud Oracle SCM
• Strong knowledge of Order Management processes, configurations, and orchestration flows
• Experience in OCC–SCM integrations
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
• Familiarity with Oracle release cycles (patches, upgrades, testing approaches)
• Strong documentation skills for functional and technical processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
