Role Overview

Supervises the Workers' Compensation team, assists with process improvements, employee training, and development. Diagnoses issues and devises resolution tactics.

What You Will Do

Supervises employees, manages performance and disciplinary issues, meets department benchmarks, and develops individual and team benchmarks. Conducts daily reports, reviews denial requests, and develops employees to process denials. Analyzes accounts, recommends process changes, and communicates with clients.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires one to three years of Workers' Compensation experience, one to three years of supervisory experience, and a thorough understanding of computer functions and AcciClaim. Must have effective communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a sense of personal and professional judgment.
