This is a performance-driven opportunity designed for elite recruiters who are confident in their ability to generate significant placement revenue. We are looking for a recruiter who can independently source, screen, and place travel nursing and allied healthcare professionals. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a high-performing recruiter with proven experience in: • Travel nursing recruiting • Allied healthcare recruiting (therapy, imaging, or clinical specialties preferred) • High-volume candidate sourcing and placement execution • Pipeline management and submission-to-placement conversion • Credentialing and compliance awareness within travel healthcare staffing This is not a training role. Only experienced travel healthcare recruiters should apply. Key Responsibilities • Source, screen, and recruit travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals • Maintain an active candidate pipeline • Submit qualified candidates for open assignments • Support credentialing and compliance documentation • Communicate professionally with candidates and internal leadership • Focus on production, placement closure, and revenue generation Compensation • 40% Gross Profit Commission • 100% Uncapped Earning Potential • Remote work flexibility • Performance-based income model You are responsible for your production and your earning potential is directly tied to placement success.
