Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategy Consultant to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and support organizational growth and operational improvement. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business operations, market trends, and organizational performance
• Develop strategic recommendations to improve business growth and efficiency
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial assessments
• Collaborate with clients and leadership teams to identify business opportunities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic planning documents
• Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of consulting engagements
• Present findings and recommendations to executives and clients
• Stay informed on industry trends, economic conditions, and market developments
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or management consulting
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with business strategy frameworks and financial modeling
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional and executive-level teams
