Description:
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier relationship management across BPO and contact center services.
• Develop and execute category plans aligned with business priorities and sourcing strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into sourcing strategies and negotiation plans.
• Conduct opportunity assessments, manage RFPs, select suppliers, and lead complex contract negotiations.
• Analyze spend data and market trends to identify savings, innovation, and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Apply AI tools and automation to streamline analysis, supplier management, and contract workflows.
• Build and manage supplier relationships to deliver value, service quality, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Vendor Management on commercial terms, compliance, and financial outcomes.
• Identify and lead process simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on supplier capabilities, market dynamics, and cost optimization.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of procurement or industry experience, ideally managing indirect spend across BPO/contact center services.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing and negotiation efforts that deliver measurable savings and value.
• Experience applying AI or data-driven solutions to simplify procurement processes or optimize workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Deep understanding of supplier management, risk mitigation, and contract governance.
• Limited travel required, less than 10%.
• US Remote Eligible; must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

• Base salary range of $152,000 to $190,000 USD.
