We are expanding our presence in Brazil and building our B2B/B2G and strategic partnerships operation in the region and looking for a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on, and relationship-driven professional to help develop new commercial and institutional opportunities with:
- companies,
- universities,
- NGOs,
- workforce development programs,
- and strategic ecosystem partners.
This is a founding, early-stage role for someone excited about building partnerships and market expansion initiatives from the ground up in Brazil.
The position combines:
- strategic partnerships,
- business development,
- consultative B2B/B2G sales,
- and go-to-market expansion.
You will work directly with the Brazil leadership team, with high ownership, autonomy, and exposure to strategic decision-making.

What you will do
- Develop new B2B and B2G partnership opportunities in the Brazilian market
- Prospect and build relationships with companies, universities, social impact organizations, and institutional partners
- Lead strategic meetings and consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders
- Structure commercial proposals and partnership models
- Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and partnership development processes
- Generate opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Help build TripleTen’s commercial and partnerships playbook for Brazil
- Collaborate directly with leadership on expansion and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or consultative B2B sales
- Experience in EdTech, corporate learning, workforce development, employability, or social impact initiatives is a strong plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with autonomy
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments with evolving processes
- Ability to create opportunities from scratch and develop long-term strategic relationships
- Experience working with universities, HR/L&D teams, ESG initiatives, or institutional programs is a plus
