About the position
We are a growing, EOS-driven home care organization dedicated to providing exceptional care in our community. We are seeking a Strategic Financial Leader who enjoys the 'puzzle' of gross margins and the discipline of forecasting to join our leadership team as a trusted advisor to our President. This role offers true autonomy, mission-driven work where financial savings directly support better care, and a strategic seat on the Leadership Team. The goal is to remove the President from day-to-day tactical finance, allowing them to focus on the vision.
Responsibilities
• Monitor caregiver pay-to-bill ratios and identify margin leakage.
• Maintain a rolling 6-12 month cash forecast and model the financial impact of hiring and expansion.
• Present financial clarity during weekly Level 10 meetings, identifying and solving issues.
• Oversee budget-to-actual variance and ensure financial systems are scalable and audit-ready.
• Elevate the financial literacy of the leadership team, translating operational decisions into clear financial impacts.
Requirements
• Deep background in GAAP.
• Enterprise-level financial modeling experience.
• Data-first decision-maker who takes ownership.
• Disciplined, structured thinking style.
• High ethics and a direct, drama-free communication style.
• Ability to build scalable financial systems and document SOPs.
• Ability to translate complex GAAP concepts for a leadership team.
