Overview:
The Strategic Chapter Manager will join a team of 80+ purpose-driven staff members in a friendly, focused, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is the largest accredited leadership honor society in the United States, with over 800 chapters and more than 2 million members.

The Strategic Chapter Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for our large institutional clients. This role ensures excellent operations and focuses on achieving metrics related to gross profit retention and growth. Collaborating exclusively with key chapters and NSLS stakeholders, the Strategic Chapter Manager accommodates, anticipates, and advocates for the specialized needs of these key accounts.

The Strategic Chapter Manager reports to the Director of Strategic Chapter Management, collaborating closely on strategic needs and plans. This position works directly with a diverse group of NSLS Chapter Advisors leading chapters at their schools, managing and advising these leaders towards desired chapter outcomes. This role creates a ripple effect with the potential to positively impact the lives of thousands of college students through the successful execution of our life-changing and accredited leadership development program.
