Sr.DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management for enterprise-scale projects at Techfinite Systems. This role combines hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of applications deployed in hybrid and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Drive automation across build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and cloud engineers to streamline releases.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance best practices in DevOps workflows.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and enforce DevOps standards across teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment.
• Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, or Go).
Preferred Skills
• AWS/Azure DevOps certifications.
• Prior experience with healthcare IT or federal projects.
• Exposure to security automation and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FedRAMP).
