Sr. Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
The role is responsible for ensuring successful project outcomes through effective stakeholder management, implementation governance, risk management, and cross- functional coordination with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted customer advisor, combining strong technical project management capability with excellent communication and customer engagement skills to navigate complex enterprise environments and deliver high-quality implementation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & DeliveryLead and manage end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects aligned to an agile methodology
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and implementation schedules
Manage project scope, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and risks
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to customer expectations
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope creep
Maintain strong project governance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Customer & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong working relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor during implementation projects
Facilitate customer meetings, workshops, and project governance discussions
Present project updates and implementation progress to senior stakeholders and executive leadership
Navigate complex customer environments to drive alignment, decisions, and successful outcomes.
Solution Consulting & Implementation SupportParticipate in requirements gathering and solution design discussions
Provide guidance on implementation best practices and solution optimisation
Support quality assurance and testing activities where required
Assist customers in understanding implemented solutions and business outcomes
Contribute to strong customer adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities
Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with internal cross-functional teams including:Sales
Product Management
Customer Success
Customer Support
Software Engineering
Promote and support Specright implementation methodologies and best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Professional Services team
Mentor and support junior Project Managers and team members where required
Skills & Experience
EssentialMinimum 7 years’ experience in Technical Project Management or SaaS implementation Management
Strong experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
Experience working within SaaS, cloud software, or technology consulting environments
Experience with Salesforce-related implementation projects
Excellent stakeholder management and customer communication skills
Strong organisational, planning, and risk management capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience presenting to executive and C-suite stakeholders
Ability to build credibility and trust with customers and internal teams
Strong understanding of implementation governance and project delivery methodologies.
PreferredExposure to Manufacturing, Packaging, Food & Beverage, or Supply Chain industries
Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce)
Experience in consulting or professional services environments

Permanent WFH setup
US business hours schedule, currently 10pm to 7am PH PST time, Mon to Fri.
P160k to 220k p/month (plus allowances and benefits) subject strictly to skills, experience and qualifications.
