About The Team    CoverMyMeds’ Specialty Access and Affordability product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Front-End Hub product team. We build tech-enabled products that power patient support programs. Our products sit at the front door of the hub experience, supporting healthcare providers and patients in accessing the medications they need to live healthier lives.    About The Role  This role will own strategy and execution for Enrollments – including both sponsored and non-sponsored enrollment workflows – and the Patient Journey API, which drives hub connectivity and surfaces real-time hub statuses back to the provider to help them manage their workload and take action.    A core focus for this role is building biopharma sponsorship differentiation: identifying, developing, and bringing to market product capabilities that create measurable value for manufacturer partners. You will work at the intersection of HCP-facing product design, API-driven services, and commercial outcomes.    This role is ideal for someone who learns fast, already has familiarity with CoverMyMeds and the specialty medication space, and can work through ambiguity using strong product principles. You will be embedded in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with high expectations and real impact on patient access.    What You’ll Do  As a Senior Product Manager, your daily priorities will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:   Drive and implement product direction for Enrollments (sponsored and non-sponsored) and the Patient Journey API, synthesizing customer insight, hub partner dynamics, and market trends  Own and execute roadmap priorities within your product area, balancing HCP user value, biopharma sponsor value, and technical feasibility  Lead product discovery, development, and commercial readiness for biopharma sponsorship differentiation – identifying what manufacturers need and building products that deliver it  Partner with engineering and architecture to define scalable, secure, and reusable APIs that support hub connectivity and real-time status surfacing for provider workflows  Translate complex hub and payer dynamics into clear, actionable product plans that HCP users can act on efficiently  Connect product strategy to financial goals by tracking key metrics, supporting deal structuring, and analyzing product performance to inform decisions  Partner proactively with Commercial and Operations teams to clarify value propositions, support go-to-market readiness, and ensure products are effectively positioned with biopharma sponsors  Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and operationally sound solutions across the Front-End Hub experience  Influence and align stakeholders across functions to gain buy-in on product direction, priorities, and tradeoffs  Ensure features and product direction meet legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements by partnering with Legal and Compliance teams  Apply design thinking and strong product principles to solve complex problems, iterate on solutions, and drive MVP delivery in ambiguous problem spaces    Skills You’ll Need  Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.  Product management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)  Experience working in cross-functional product teams spanning Engineering, UX, Operations, and Commercial partners  Familiarity with CoverMyMeds and/or the specialty medication, prior authorization, or hub services landscape  Healthcare experience, preferably in biopharma, patient support programs, or payer/benefit workflows    Preferred Skills  Experience with enrollment workflows, hub connectivity, or HCP-facing provider portal products  Demonstrated ability to identify and build biopharma sponsorship differentiation, including product discovery through commercial launch  Strong understanding of product-market dynamics in specialty medications and the medical benefit space  Financial acumen, including experience connecting product decisions to sponsorship value and P&L outcomes  Proven stakeholder engagement and influence skills in matrixed environments  Ability to work through ambiguity by applying strong product principles and a bias toward action  Comfort operating at speed in a complex, evolving product landscape with competing priorities and legacy constraints  Experience supporting go-to-market activities and product launches in partnership with Commercial teams We are unable to sponsor at any stage for this role  We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
