Job Title: Senior Manager, Amazon Online Growth

Overview
The Senior Manager, Amazon Online Growth, will be responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies that support the acceleration of LG H&H America’s brands online with a focus on Amazon. This role will ensure that LG H&H America’s investments in online strategies support growth, while providing a seamless customer journey. This role requires experience leading and managing an Amazon business, and ability to lead a team to secure the most optimal product portfolios for beauty and personal care. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, and capable of influencing leadership and key stakeholders to support ongoing business initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Architect the long-term growth strategy for LG H&H America’s Amazon business, ensuring alignment with the overall eCommerce and Digital Media strategy
• Manage critical aspects of the Amazon business including merchandising, content development and website performance to ensure a seamless customer journey and user experience
• Leverage customer, product, and site performance data to enhance the customer experience and strategic direction and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Collaborate with brand marketing and creative teams to develop content that best represents LG H&H brands, promotes key initiatives, and drives top-line sales
• Own and maintain strong relationship with Amazon partners
• Develop and manage the budget for the Amazon business, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research new technologies to constantly improve site performance
Requirements
• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or multichannel retail management, including at least 3 years of Amazon business strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s business model, strategy and Amazon Vendor Central
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, and ability to present to and influence leadership across multiple business units
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects with minimal oversight, while managing the priorities of team
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to drive insights and decision-making
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to recommend innovative approaches to business initiatives and operational challenges
