Sr Investigator

YOU MUST HAVE: • Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Data Science, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field or 3 years of relevant experience. • Must have 3 years of experience with the following: Project management and data analysis skills; Management and processing of personal and sensitive data skills; Ability to review, interpret and analyze sensitive and confidential information from multiple sources and present that in a clear and concise manner; experience working with global and multidisciplined teams; experience working with case management systems, such as One Trust PIA and ServiceNow; experience with visualization tools, in particular Tableau and Power BI; experience with productivity digital applications in the context of risk management. • Approximately 10% domestic and international travel required.Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week. Sr. Investigator, Ethics and ESG Specialist Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC Responsibilities: • Review incoming allegations of employee misconduct, determine whether an investigation is appropriate, and if so, prepare a succinct summary of the allegation, categorize it and prepare scoping questions. • Review and audit travel and expense reports. • Develop company-wide materials on ethical business practices and company policy. • Communicate with complainants to advise them of receipt of their allegations and request additional information as needed. • Assist stakeholders, such as business General Counsels and Senior Leaders, responding to inquiries, ensuring clear communication of relevant information and protecting data privacy. • Work as part of a team. • Gather relevant information to initiate and scope business conduct investigations. • Obtain, review, and analyze data from multiple sources; conduct database searches. • Prepare reports, metrics, and analytical products, then present them to key stakeholders. • Manage and protect confidential information. • Assist management of key integrity and ethics programs such as Code of Business Conduct training and communications, integrity and ethics communications and training plans conflicts of interests and policy management. • Review day to day reported conflict of interest reports, including reports from senior executives, and carefully manage reported sensitive information by employees. • Prepare corporate policies and training regarding those policies, in coordination with experts in relevant fields. • Review human rights-related matters including reviews around forced and child labor and other ESG-related topics as requested. • Management of Navex and HR Accuity case management systems. • Management of conflict of interest program, and scorecard for related matters. • Manage of learning management systems to track and monitor compliance training completions. • Project manage of global cross functional compliance initiatives.
