Senior Director, Product Management WestCX is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management to lead a strategic product area at the intersection of product strategy, healthcare interoperability, and enterprise execution. Reporting to the VP, Product Management, this leader will own roadmap direction, develop a team of product managers, and ensure new capabilities are valuable to customers, commercially viable, and ready for successful delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can connect long-term product strategy to day-to-day execution, make clear prioritization decisions, and drive strong cross-functional alignment across go-to-market and delivery teams. What You'll Do •    Set product strategy and roadmap for a complex enterprise product area, with clear ties to customer value, market opportunity, and business outcomes •    Lead and develop a team of product managers, raising the bar for product thinking, execution, and accountability •    Turn strategy into clear product briefs, requirements, launch plans, and measurable outcomes •    Partner closely with sales, finance, product marketing, implementations, customer success, legal, training, and support to ensure launches are positioned, priced, and operationally ready •    Use customer feedback, product signals, and market input to make clear prioritization decisions and keep work moving under ambiguity What Success Looks Like •    The product strategy is clear and the roadmap is credible •    Product decisions are tied to measurable customer and business outcomes •    Cross-functional teams are prepared to sell, implement, support, and train on new capabilities •    The product team is growing in judgment, discipline, and execution •    The product area becomes a stronger engine for repeatable enterprise outcomes What We're Looking For •    7+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology •    4+ years of people leadership, including direct management of product managers •    Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for complex enterprise software •    Strong hands-on knowledge of healthcare or life sciences interoperability, systems integration, and regulated operating environments •    Strong business and commercial judgment, including the ability to evaluate market needs, pricing considerations, and product viability •    Experience bringing products or major capabilities to market in partnership with cross-functional teams •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills •    Experience with medical credentialing systems and integrations highly desired •    Experience in healthcare workflow, communication, orchestration, scheduling, or patient/provider engagement products highly desired •    Formal training or credentials in product management, product marketing, business strategy, or a related field preferred Why This Role This role is critical to how WestCX scales product clarity, commercial readiness, and operational execution across a high-priority product area.
