Sr. Associate, HR Employee Relations Contact Team As a member of the HR Associate Relations Contact Team, this Associate will be an ambassador of the Values of Do the Right Thing and Excellence. This Associate will ensure the Associate Relations team is well managed from a governance and IRP perspective. General Responsibilities: • Manage AR's incident management program from intake to resolution • Create incidents in HR Risk system and triage with compliance, vertical risk advisors, and HR Incident Management Team • Conduct incident intakes with AR team members and partner with AR Incident Remediation Pod on preventative measures • Work with HR Risk to test AR's controls • Review legal clearinghouses and RMAPs and make recommendations regarding control coverage • Work with leadership and other stakeholders to implement policy or process changes in accordance with clearinghouses and/or legal guidance • Act as BAIM for Associate Relations and manage IRP Policy • Perform system access audits in accordance with AR's Data Governance Standards • Partner on ways to improve the associate experience with other areas of Associate Relations and Human Resources • Manage confidential case data and other privileged information • Participate in agile ceremonies and own story management in Jira • Review current processes, contribute ideas for improvements, and own/partner on implementation "We recognize that many life paths can contribute to interest in this role. Basic Qualifications: • 2+ years experience in an HR role • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification Preferred Qualifications: • At least 1 year of risk management experience • At least 6 months of Salesforce experience • At least 6 months of Workday experience • At least 6 months of Fuse experience • At least 6 months of Agile experience • At least 6 months of Jira experience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr Associate, Associate Relations McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr Associate, Associate Relations Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
