Customer service in SPANISH - 8 hours/day work
I am in need of a freelancer to provide phone support for my customer service needs in SPANISH.
5 days a week - 1 of them has to be a weekend day.
Important: We're a contact center, we provide this task to a client of ours.
Skills and Experience:
- General customer service skills are sufficient; industry-specific knowledge is not required.
- The freelancer should be fluent in SPANISH and have excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is desired.
- The freelancer should be able to handle phone inquiries and provide assistance to customers.
- The expected workload is 8 hours/day, 5 days a week - 1 of them has to be a weekend day.
Important:
Full-time job: every work day, between 9 am and 7 pm SPAIN TIME, you’d have to:
• Call the customers who ordered something from our client's webshop to validate the shipping address and offer them cross-sell and upsell options.
• Call those who didn’t pick up the day before
• If the customer has any questions regarding his/her order, then you can look it up in the client’s system to provide proper information.
It can be done in a home office. We provide a dialer for the calls.
