Job Title: Sourcing Spec Sr Location: Columbus, OH Work Model: Remote Compensation: $102-107k Additional Information: Some travel may be required up to 10% This is a remote position, but candidate must reside within the client footprint and within 50 miles of an client facility. Examples: (Roanoke, Columbus, Tulsa, Corpus Christi, Ft. Wayne, Shreveport). Position Overview Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to source and recruit talent to meet client's growing and evolving organizational and workforce planning needs. Sourcing Specialist employs proactive recruitment strategies, mining for talent to create pipelines of qualified candidates in multiple geographic areas. What You Will Be Doing • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Develops extensive pools of highly qualified candidates to fill current and future needs. • Works with hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations. Assists with research on the talent markets to determine the supply vs demand, competitor intelligence and best places to find talent. • Builds applicant sources and implements creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified prospects utilizing our digital online platforms that includes but is not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed resume database etc. • Promotes a consistent Company brand to candidates and applicants. • Participates in innovative resource strategies - e.g., US Army PaYS and employee resource groups. • Uses hiring and sourcing statistics to continually improve in making informed decisions. • Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants. • Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants. Sources and refers qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for consideration. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. What’s Needed Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience. Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions including 3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources. Workday experience preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license.
