Job Title: Sourcer (GTM Sourcer/Researcher)
Location: Remote - PST
Job Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
These technical partners are applied AI architects or engineers; must have experience with tech sourcing and understand technical skillset for hiring. Must have Go-T0-Market experience to help talent map, drive searches from start to finish in a more strategic/thought partner way, work in the CRM (Gem is the CRM used). Also likes to see metrics and how they made an impact in their previous role from a data perspective to tell a story on a resume.
Job Description:
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market dynamics
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and share insights with the broader team
• Contribute to talent research projects, including organizational charts, compensation benchmarking, and market analysis
• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, or a related talent acquisition function
• Demonstrated experience sourcing for GTM roles within Tech/AI space.
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of the EMEA tech landscape, including key companies, talent hubs, and market nuances across regions
• A data-driven approach to sourcing with experience tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
