Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales & Marketing Professional with 1+ years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic sales planning. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
2. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, cold calling, and outbound sales activities.
3. Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
5. Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and negotiate contracts with clients.
6. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
8. Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and regular reporting.
9. Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
10. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
2. Strong expertise in B2B / Corporate Sales.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strong lead generation and client acquisition experience.
5. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
6. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
7. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
8. Experience in IT / Software / ERP / CRM / AI / Staffing / Digital Services sales preferred.
