Job Overview Sole Revival is seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. In addition t working to align all with our website. • Work closely with team to align on updating DNA of brand to focus on current customer base while reaching for new target markets. • Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite etc. • Manage daily social media operations using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and analyze performance metrics. • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning. • Optimize content for SEO by integrating relevant keywords and hashtags to improve visibility in search results and social feeds. • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships. • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels while managing online reputation. • Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost content reach and generate leads or conversions. • Utilize Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic from social media sources, and overall ROI. Join bi-weekly calls with marketing team to understand data driving traffic. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and e-commerce to develop cohesive campaigns that support business objectives. • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually refine strategies. • Required to come to office once a month to collect live content. Experience • At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple platforms. • Demonstrated ability in content creation including graphic design, video editing, photography, and proofreading. • Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and social listening tools. • Proficiency in Squarespace, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or similar graphic design software. • Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising and e-commerce integration. • Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms to interpret data insights effectively. • Excellent communication skills with an eye for branding consistency and relationship management. • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
