About the position
Momentum Association Management is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Intern to support our growing marketing and communications efforts across multiple association and nonprofit clients. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing, content planning, and brand design within an agency-style environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist with planning and scheduling social media content across multiple client accounts
• Create graphics and social media visuals using Canva
• Help maintain consistent branding and visual styles for clients
• Support the development of monthly content calendars
• Draft captions and assist with post formatting for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
• Coordinate with team members to gather content ideas and post direction
• Schedule posts using SocialPilot and native social media platforms
• Monitor trends and social media best practices to support engagement and visibility
Requirements
• Familiarity with Canva and an eye for clean, professional design
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in social media marketing, branding, and digital communications
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a remote environment
• Strong written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
Nice-to-haves
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X preferred
• Experience with SocialPilot is a plus, but not required
