Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites, acting as the primary point of contact for all contract related matters.
Negotiate and manage contracts with clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and execution of contracts, and provide updates on contract status as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert on contract management, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify any potential risks or issues.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents and correspondence, and update contract databases as needed.
Monitor and track contract timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing any delays or issues that may impact project timelines.
Communicate and coordinate with site personnel to obtain necessary signatures and approvals for contract execution.
Ensure all contracts are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in contract management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
