SEO Strategist for Luxury B2B Brand Experience Company (Lead Generation Focus)

We are looking for a high-level SEO strategist to help us build a scalable inbound lead engine for our company, Colectif. Colectif is a B2B Brand Experience Partner that designs and delivers program-based gifting solutions for companies across multiple verticals, including: Home Builders & Real Estate Developers Hospitality & Events Employee Experience (HR) Prospecting & Marketing Outreach Holiday & Client Retention Programs We are not a typical “gift company.” We sell ongoing programs—not one-off products. THE OBJECTIVE We want to build an SEO strategy that: Generates qualified inbound leads (not just traffic) Positions Colectif as a premium brand experience partner Aligns with how we actually sell (program-based, not product-based) Supports multiple verticals with tailored messaging WHAT WE NEED We are looking for someone who can: 1. SEO STRATEGY (HIGH LEVEL) Define our core keyword strategy by vertical Identify high-intent search opportunities Map SEO to our program-based sales model Recommend site structure improvements (if needed) 2. CONTENT STRATEGY Build a content roadmap that drives inbound leads Create topic clusters for: Home Builder Experience Programs Corporate Gifting Programs Employee Experience / HR gifting Hospitality / Event gifting Recommend blog + landing page structure 3. ON-SITE SEO Optimize existing pages Improve metadata, headers, internal linking Ensure site is structured for conversion, not just ranking 4. LEAD GENERATION FOCUS Recommend conversion paths (not just traffic) Align SEO with sales funnel Suggest: Landing pages Lead magnets (if relevant) Program-specific pages ✦ IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who: Has experience in B2B SEO (not e-commerce only) Understands high-ticket / program-based sales Has worked with service-based or enterprise offerings Thinks strategically—not just execution Can communicate clearly and simply Bonus if you have experience with: Luxury brands Real estate / home builder industry Corporate gifting or experience-based businesses ✦ WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Clear SEO strategy tied to revenue Defined keyword + content roadmap Improved site structure aligned to our sales model Inbound leads that convert into real opportunities ✦ TO APPLY Please include: Examples of SEO strategies you’ve built (not just executed) A brief explanation of how you would approach: A company that sells programs vs products Any relevant case studies (especially B2B or high-ticket) ✦ PROJECT SCOPE Initial strategy + roadmap Potential ongoing engagement for implementation ✦ FINAL NOTE We are not looking for basic SEO support.
