About the Role
We are looking for a highly business-minded
Organic Growth Lead to own and scale our organic growth engine in the US market.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will be responsible for turning our website and organic channels into a meaningful revenue-driving engine — improving qualified traffic, website conversion, Shopify app installs, booked demos, and overall pipeline contribution.
You will lead strategy and execution across
SEO, AI search optimization (AIO / AI visibility), organic content growth, high-intent landing pages, and website conversion optimization
.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines search expertise with commercial judgment and a strong results orientation.

Key Responsibilities
● Own the US organic growth strategy with a strong focus on
business outcomes
, including website-driven revenue contribution, Shopify app installs, qualified leads, and demo bookings
● Build and execute a roadmap across
SEO, AI search optimization, organic content growth, and website conversion improvement
● Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across:
○ high-intent landing pages
○ comparison pages
○ integration pages
○ solution pages
○ blog / topic clusters
○ conversion paths throughout the website
● Lead both
traffic growth and
conversion growth
, ensuring organic efforts drive measurable commercial results rather than rankings alone
● Improve website performance by partnering with Content, PMM, Design, and Web teams on messaging, page structure, internal linking, UX, and CTA strategy
● Drive technical SEO priorities including crawlability, indexing, page health, schema, internal links, and site architecture
● Develop and refine the company’s approach to
AI search visibility / AIO
, including how our content and site show up across evolving search behaviors
● Define performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks with Data / RevOps / Growth teams● Continuously monitor competitive movements, SERP changes, AI search shifts, and merchant behavior trends in the Shopify and eCommerce tech ecosystem
● Build scalable operating processes for organic growth, and help shape future team structure as the function expands
Qualifications
●
Bachelor’s degree or above
●
At least 6 years of relevant experience in SEO, organic growth, website growth, or a closely related field
● Strong understanding of
eCommerce tech, SaaS, and the Shopify ecosystem
● Proven experience improving not just traffic, but also
conversion-oriented business outcomes such as installs, demos, signups, pipeline, or revenue contribution
● Hands-on experience with tools such as
Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
, or similar platforms
● Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and how they connect to site performance and growth
● Clear understanding of how SEO, content, website UX, and conversion paths work together
● Strong commercial mindset — able to prioritize work based on impact, not just best practice
● Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to work effectively with content, design, web, product marketing, and business teams
● Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in
Shopify apps, eCommerce SaaS, retention tech, loyalty tech, post-purchase tech, or related categories
● Experience owning or contributing to
website conversion optimization in addition to SEO
● Familiarity with
AI search behavior, AIO / AI discoverability
, or emerging search environments beyond traditional search engines
● Experience in a startup or growth-stage SaaS company
● Experience building the foundation for a future organic growth team
