About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to own and elevate how video storytelling shows up across our marketing. This is not a role for someone who just executes edits. We’re looking for someone who can think in ideas, shape narratives, and define a distinct video language for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities:
Own video storytelling end-to-end:
Translate marketing briefs into strong video concepts
Develop storylines, hooks, and structures before jumping into editing
Create content that is clear, engaging, and purposeful—not just visually appealing
Scale creativity and efficiency through AI
Utilize AI to accelerate ideation, scripting, and rapid prototyping
Optimize editing workflows by integrating AI-assisted tools for technical enhancements
Explore AI-enabled formats and experimental approaches while maintaining creative quality
Identify opportunities to drive production speed without compromising on narrative standards
Elevate our creative quality
Define motion styles, pacing, and visual treatment across videos
Bring consistency and taste to all video outputs
Push for simplicity, clarity, and strong communication in every piece
Lead and mentor
Guide and review work of junior video editors
Provide clear, actionable feedback to raise overall team quality
Set benchmarks for what “great” looks like
Build scalable systems
Create reusable templates, motion kits, and workflows
Improve speed without compromising quality
Bring structure to how video content is produced across campaigns
Collaborate closely with marketing
Work with content, performance, and brand teams
Contribute ideas proactively to campaigns and social content
Be part of the thinking, not just the execution
About You:
4–7 years of experience in video editing / motion design
Strong storytelling ability (this matters more than tools)
A portfolio that shows clarity of ideas, not just effects
Good sense of pacing, structure, and audience attention
Experience working on marketing content (B2B/SaaS is a plus)
Ability to critique work and explain creative decisions
Comfortable taking ownership and leading creative direction

You’ve helped raise the quality of a team, not just your own work
Tools we Use: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other standard editing tools
